How to use our applicators

1. Shake & twist – Shake down the applicator. Twist off the top.
2. Insert – The applicator can be inserted while sitting, standing or lying, according to personal ease and preference.
3. Squeeze & recycle – Once inserted, squeeze the end of the applicator several times to release product. Don't re-use; recycle.
