Refund policy

We hope you're in love with your SheSpot order but if you have any issues or change your mind, the below policy sets out your rights and next steps:

Faulty Items:

If you identify a fault with your product, get in touch and we'll repair or replace, aligning with relevant product warranties and your consumer rights. Email: info@shespot.co.uk. 

Non-Faulty Items:

Return exceptions:

Your right to return items does not apply to goods:

  1. That are perishable - which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or

  2. Where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have become unsealed after delivery.

  3. That have been personalised or made to order (e.g. engraved items).

Return process:

So long as the exceptions above do not apply, customers have 30 days following receipt of their item to change their mind and request a return.

Please email info@shespot.co.uk to commence a refund, detailing which items you wish to return to us. 

SheSpot will refund product cost and Standard Shipping fees, but is not obliged to refund the additional expense of Express delivery services. 

Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning their product to SheSpot's UK warehouse.
