Directions for Use

Use a couple of pumps and massage into your hands, your wrists or temples before bed or add a pump to your bath. You can use it as your all over massage oil on self or shared with a partner. Slyde was founded by Sarah Martinez-Murray from a deeply personal place. After having her first baby in her late thirties, her body changed. Hormones shifted, intimacy felt different, and then came a thyroid diagnosis that turned everything upside down. Not long after, she was also thrown into early perimenopause by 40.
