Directions for Use

• Prepare Your Bath: Fill your bathtub with warm water, ensuring the temperature is comfortable for soaking.

• Add Bath Salts: Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup of bath salts into the running water. Adjust the amount based on your personal preference and the size of your tub.

• Stir to Dissolve: Use your hand to gently swirl the water, helping the salts dissolve evenly and release the essential oils into the bath.

Slyde was founded by Sarah Martinez-Murray from a deeply personal place. After having her first baby in her late thirties, her body changed. Hormones shifted, intimacy felt different, and then came a thyroid diagnosis that turned everything upside down. Not long after, she was also thrown into early perimenopause by 40.
