Kegel balls with three progressive weights to train the pelvic floor.
Discover kegel balls with a cheeky twist. With three progressive weights - from soft weight single ball, to hard and heavy double ball - Ami enhances pelvic fitness, allowing deeper and more intense orgasms alongside a range of health benefits, all at a self-selected pace.
Key Features
- Body safe - Made using soft velvety 100% body safe silicone
- Pleasure for you - Using Ami regularly will tone and strengthen your pelvic muscle, so you can enjoy enhanced sensitivity and more intense, easy-to-achieve orgasms. What’s more, each Ami contains little balls that rumble around inside you, creating a discreet, arousing sensation even while you’re working out
- Health benefits - Many women experience a degree of urinary incontinence at some point in their lives. With Ami, you can strengthen the pelvic muscles to improve bladder control
- Pregnancy - Using kegels before you fall pregnant can protect your vagina by preparing the pelvic muscle for delivery. After birth, using kegels can speed up vaginal recovery, and the enhanced tightness you’ll achieve will increase sensitivity for you and your partner during sex.
- Menopause - Strengthening your pelvic muscle can enhance your natural vaginal lubrication, sexual response and urinary control during the physiological changes of menopause.
Sexologist Says
"These kegel balls are for those that are serious about their weight training! And no kegels are not just for post-partum recovery and older women - it can be beneficial for everyone to develop more awwarenss of their pelvic floor muscles, and learn how to contract and (even more importantly!) release & soften these muscles. This helps with general pelvic health as well as giving you stronger orgasms. Unlike many kegels these also have weights inside (yep weight training for your pelvic floor muscles), which also rumble slightly as you move for a subtle pleasurable snesation when they sit inside the body. They come in different sizes and weights so you can gradually increase the difficulty level as you practice."

How To Use
Alice says... Kegel balls have been designed to help people with vulvas add more variety to their kegel exercises (eg squeezing and releasing your pelvic floor muscles). These exercises help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which leads to better pelvic health and with practice can also give you stronger and more powerful orgasms.
You're never too young to start training your pelvic floor and building kegels into your routine.
- Start with the lightest weight kegel and work your way up as you get stronger
- Insert the kegel, perhaps using a little lube to ease insertion
- Once inserted, go about your day as usual
- Start by wearing for 10 minutes per day and build up gradually over time
